Acceptable use

Lazer Forms is for collecting information people choose to give. It must not be used to trick them.

Never collect

• Passwords, passcodes, or sign-in codes for any account.
• Payment card numbers, security codes, or PINs.
• Online banking logins.
• Recovery phrases or private keys for any wallet.

A form that asks for any of these is held when it is published and does not go live. If your form is legitimate, write to support@lazerforms.com and we will look at it.

Never do

• Pretend to be another person, company, bank, or government.
• Send spam, or use forms as part of a scam.
• Collect anything you have no right to collect, or collect sensitive information, such as health details, without a lawful reason and the person's consent.
• Upload or collect anything illegal, or anything that exploits or endangers children.
• Upload malware, or try to break, overload, or get around the limits of the service.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.

What we do

We may hold a form, suspend a workspace, or close an account that breaks this policy, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. Where we can, we tell the owner why.
